Farming for Nature (FFN) is a non-profit initiative established in 2018 under the auspices of the Burrenbeo Trust, a registered charity in Ireland. Farming for Nature is the lead organiser of the Farming for Nature Festival, which is being delivered in partnership with NOTS and BASE Ireland.
For the purposes of data protection law, Farming for Nature is the Data Controller of personal data collected through this website unless otherwise stated.

We do not store full payment card details. Payments are processed securely via our ticketing/payment partner.

Ticket Terms & Conditions
Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a ticket to the Farming for Nature Festival, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Refund Policy set out below.
Ticket Validity
- Tickets are valid only for the Farming for Nature Festival.
- Tickets may be transferred to another person up to 25/05/2026.
- Proof of purchase may be required for entry.
Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility
Tickets are refundable only if written notice of non-attendance is received at festival@farmingfornature.ie before close of business on 18/06/2026.
Refunds will:
- Be processed within 14 days of approval
- Be issued minus Stripe processing fees (approximately 1.8%)
No refunds will be issued after 18/06/2026.
Festival Postponement
If the festival is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
Festival Cancellation
If the festival is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.
Programme Changes
No refunds are available due to changes in programme, speakers, schedule, or layout.
General Festival Terms & Conditions
Entry & Safety
The organisers reserve the right to:
- Refuse entry
- Conduct security checks
- Remove attendees for misconduct
Attendees are responsible for their own personal safety and belongings.
Event Changes
The organisers may alter:
- Programme
- Schedule
- Speakers
- Location
Tickets remain valid unless the event is cancelled.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Irish law, the organisers are not liable for:
- Loss of property
- Personal injury (except where caused by negligence)
- Travel or accommodation costs
- Circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:
- Extreme weather
- Government restrictions
- Public health emergencies
- Force majeure events
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot be excluded under Irish law.
Partnerships & Payment Processing
The Farming for Nature Festival is led by Farming for Nature and delivered in partnership with NOTS and BASE Ireland.
Payments are processed via NOTS. However, Farming for Nature remains responsible for festival operations and refund decisions.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
