Terms, Conditions & Refund Policy

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Refund Policy.

 

2. Tickets

Tickets are valid only for the Farming for Nature Festival and are transferable to another person up to 25/05/2026.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

 

Refunds will only be issued, if notice of non-attendance is given, in writing, via email, or via phone call by close of business on 18/06/2026. 

Please note – when customers receive a refund, the refund will be the full amount MINUS the Stripe admin fee (approximately 1.8%). Please contact festival@farmingfornature.ie for more information. 

The Farming For Nature Festival is not liable for circumstances that prevent a ticket holder from attending and cannot issue refunds past the stated deadline. 

• If the festival is postponed, tickets remain valid for the new dates. 

• If the festival is cancelled, a full refund will be issued. 

• No refunds are available for program or schedule changes.

4. Entry & Safety

The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry, conduct security checks, and eject attendees for misconduct. Attendees are responsible for their own safety and belongings.

5. Event Changes

The organisers may alter the program, schedule, or location. Tickets remain valid unless the event is cancelled.

6. Partnerships & Payment

The festival is run by Farming for Nature as lead organisers, and in partnership with NOTS and BASE Ireland. Payments are processed via NOTS, but the lead organisers remain responsible for festival operations and refund decisions.

7. Liability

The organisers are not liable for loss, injury, or circumstances beyond their control, including extreme weather, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.

8. Privacy

Personal data collected during ticket purchase is used solely for event administration and communications.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland.
