Become an Exhibitor

At the inaugural Farming For Nature Festival, we are delighted to offer 25 spaces for exhibitors and trade stalls to organisations, projects and businesses involved in farming, nature and the Irish food sector. We are also seeking food trucks and food vendors.

Apply for a Space

As spaces are limited:

irish symbol All interested exhibitors, trade stalls, and food vendors must complete the application form below to be considered.

irish symbol   Successful applicants will be allocated a stall in the Farmyard (open air) or Barn (covered) and will receive an invoice for payment in advance.

irish symbol We aim to showcase a diverse range of voices and initiatives aligned with the spirit of the festival!

Exhibitors & Trade Stalls Information

  • €200 per space
  • €50 for Farming For Nature Ambassadors

 

  • Allocation for a 6ft x 2ft trestle table
  • 2 chairs (unless otherwise requested)
  • 2 full festival day tickets for 23rd June
  • We have a limited number of covered spaces (10 available)
  • If you have your own gazebo, please indicate the size in your application so we can allocate accordingly
  • Covered spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis
  • Set-up from 7:00am on Tuesday 23rd June
  • Vehicles must be moved to the car park by 9:30am (unless a generator is required)
  • All stalls must be ready by 9:30am
  • Stalls must remain in place until 6:30pm (no early take-downs)
  • Each stall must be manned at all times
  • Please dress your table with a white cloth or equivalent
  • We encourage exhibitors to make their stall as engaging and interactive as possible
