Mimi Crawford co-runs Crawford’s Farm in Cloughjordan, Co. Tipperary alongside her husband Owen, managing a small-scale organic farm built on diversity, animal integration and local food production.
Across 28 acres, the farm combines traditional Irish Shorthorn cows, pigs, poultry and ducks in a holistic system that supports soil health, biodiversity and efficient resource use.
The farm produces raw dairy products processed on-site, while rotational grazing and integrated livestock systems help create a balanced farm ecosystem. Mimi is passionate about transparency, local food and reconnecting people with how food is produced.
As a Farming For Nature Ambassador, Mimi promotes diverse, small-scale farming systems that work with nature while supporting local food networks and resilient rural communities.
