Jim is an organic market gardener based in Co. Clare, where he has spent over 30 years developing a nature-led approach to food production. Farming a small but highly productive holding, Jim blends traditional methods with modern biological principles to grow a range of fruit and vegetables while simultaneously enhancing biodiversity above and below ground.

His system supports pollinators, wildlife, and soil life alike, with every action—from companion planting to the use of working horses and natural manures—designed to work in harmony with natural processes.
